It was an absolutely fantastic and ideal hotel in a good area, near all the attractions in Ginza, the fish market, Ginza shopping and a number of metro and train stations and subways, short subway or taxi ride to Tokyo station. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless, stylish. The bathroom was good size and modern style. The location was marvellous, relatively near an art gallery. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. There where shopping centers and convenience stores around the venue.

Really clean spot with staff who are quick to help out and breakfasts that are on point. Lots of yummy options to choose from in the morning. Definitely the place to stay in this city! 🌟

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to the subway station. It made it very convenient to explore different parts of the city.

My flight arrived early in the morning, and I had to wait until 3pm to check-in. Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, there was no flexibility or understanding regarding early check-in.

Great location in the heart of Ginza, close to Higashi Ginza station. The room we booked was spacious and modern, with a washing/dryer machine, microwave, and kitchenette. The hotel itself is new and well-maintained.

Although the check-in experience was initially unpleasant, the staff eventually accommodated us and allowed us to check in early. In addition, the breakfast offered a good combination of Japanese and Western dishes, with friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay for a week-long trip. The hotel's service was wonderful, and we enjoyed a spacious room with a nice urban view. The in-room laundry machine was a major plus, and the hotel even provided laundry powder and detergent. The breakfast options were great, with both Japanese and western choices available. The location was super convenient, with a subway station next door and a short walk to the JR Yamanote line station. my second stay at this hotel was just as amazing as the first, thanks to the spotless rooms, excellent facilities, and polite staff. I would definitely stay here again.
